Great facilities and services
Good location, 2 tram stops away from the train station and walking distance to the city center. All facilities are very modern and new, very well maintained. The service is great and communication with the host excellent. The establishment has more apartments, similar to a small hotel. Ours had access to a lovely rooftop terrace, shared with the room next to us. Breakfast, although basic, is a nice touch.
Not a big issue for us, but there are 2 levels and you need to climb a set of stairs if your room is on the upper one. If you have heavy suitcases, it might be an inconvenience for you.

It was clean, bright, and a reasonable size space. It had a little balcony with a small table and chairs so you could sit outside. You ordered your breakfast the day before, and your breakfast was made by Cristiano, who was the owner. Freshly made espresso and breakfast.
